For wonder in an age of cynicism, for beauty in an age of noise and for enchantment, not as escape, but as an anchor, a way of courageously living with awe in a world that can feel heavy.
So, I invite you to direct your heart, curiosity, creativity and wisdom to the re-enchantment of our world through art history, literature, and music history education, all through the lens of enchantment, so that you can deepen your reverence for your own life and all the magic and miracles around you.
Here, the arts are not merely subjects to be studied, but doorways and portals to reverence. In art history, we find brushstrokes that open onto the infinite, in music history, melodies that echo the language of the soul, and in literature, words that illuminate the hidden places of the human heart.
As an art historian and musicologist, I have wandered these doorways myself, not only in lecture halls but in the landscapes of illness, fragility, and wonder. And what I discovered is this: the arts are more than history and culture. They are songs left behind by mystics and visionaries as living incantations that still have the power to awaken us.
The Academy of the Enchanted Arts exists to guide you back into this enchantment. To remind you that your imagination is not frivolous but sacred. To awaken a lifelong romance with the creative arts that will ripple through your life and the lives of others.
Because when we choose beauty, when we choose wonder, when we choose enchantment, we are not turning away from life’s struggles, we are turning toward life itself, more alive, more tender, more courageous.

Founder of The Academy Of The Enchanted Arts
Hi, I’m Georgie, founder of 'Academy Of The Enchanted Arts', former founder of internationally renowned handmade hair accessory boutique 'Beauxoxo', curator of the enchanted living blog 'Georgie xoxo'.
Once upon a time, whilst deeply unsatisfied with my rigid art and music history education, coupled with managing spiralling chronic health conditions and an unaligned University environment, I became deeply depressed and longed to open my own online school that focussed on the symbiotic relationship between the arts.
Fast forward to today, I'm now on a deeply personal mission to inspire creative, highly-sensitive and enchanted souls just like you to experience arts education steeped in enchantment so that you are able to enter into a world of deep reverence and awe.
When I hear a piece of music, or when I look at a great work of art, to me it's a portal to the divine through the door that the artists have left open.
These creatives truly are the mystics that continue to grace us with their gifts so that we can then walk through their door and experience the world around us with more awe and wonder than we could possibly imagine.
It's with this sense of rapture and awe in relation to the arts that I guide my students in the Academy so that you can marvel at the wonders of the history of art and music.

Unlike anything out there in the arts learning space, the Academy Of The Enchanted Arts seeks to educate, inspire and to enchant students of all levels in the creative arts who desire to learn about some of the the greatest creatives in history whilst also embodying their own inner creative heart and spirit to master a deep reverence for life and the magic and miracles all around them.

Lecture Series
The Lecture Series will enable you to learn about a variety of musical and artistic periods throughout history where we will meet influential artists and musicians who are so often left out of the mainstream education. As a result, the Lecture Series includes a partial donation to a charity that is linked to the work of the creative that we explore together.
Workshops
The Academy Workshop series are our most popular pathway where you can experience the enchantment of the arts through highly imaginative adventures. Each workshop contains lovingly curated video lessons alongside many beautiful bespoke activities that you will create at the end of the workshop. The Academy workshops will fill your heart and spirit with wonder.
Immersive Courses
The immersive course pathways at the Academy are curated yearly to enable you to deeply experience the pure rapture, awe and enchantment of the arts. These courses will fill your heart with reverence for this world that you will learn to embody beyond our learning experience together. These are a one-of-a-kind adventure to be cherished that you will never forget.
Study Abroad
From London, to Paris, to Amsterdam, to Florence, with more dreamy destinations in mind, the Academy study abroad programmes and retreats are an opportunity to come together and be enriched by the arts in some of the most breathtaking locations for the creative arts in the world. Plans for in-person workshops are also imagined for the future.
Take Me To The Lakes: A Creative Retreat in the Lake District

There are moments in life when the soul begins to ache, not from pain, but from longing. A longing for beauty. For slowness. For silence. For something ancient and true. This is your invitation to answer that call.
Step away from the noise and into five days of poetic stillness, artistic reverence, and creative restoration in the heart of England’s most enchanted region: the Lake District.
Hosted in a historic lakeside home once beloved by painters and poets, Take Me To The Lakes is not simply a retreat; it is a pilgrimage for the creative spirit.
Let your heart rest in the landscape that inspired William and Dorothy Wordsworth, Beatrix Potter, John Ruskin, J.M.W. Turner, and even Taylor Swift, whose time among these fells inspired her lyrical albums Folklore and Evermore.
Across five gentle days, you’ll be guided through private tours of Dove Cottage, Hill Top, Rydal Mount, and Brantwood; the once-beloved homes of the poets and painters who found their muse in these hills. Evenings will unfold with intimate lectures and storytelling beside the fire, poetry readings with Wordsworth’s descendants, and nourishing, plant-based meals inspired by the land.
On our final night, we gather beneath the stars for a private concert: a live string quartet playing the music of Taylor Swift, a tribute to the landscape that shaped The Lakes. You’ll also receive a beautiful goodie bag, a printed creative workbook, and access to an online portal of extra lectures and community.
